Special  Notes
Another great “Ice Bowl” event in Tulsa. Everyone owes a great deal of thanks to all who supported and helped out in running this event:  Gary Nail, Bill "Slim" Moyers, David Marsheck, Kim Click, and Terra Nicholson for helping with scorecards and extra contests.

Additional cash donations were from:  Brad Zimmerman, Bud Johnson, Ben Powell, Gary Nail, Matt Gillis, Richard Mitchell, and Jose Torres.  Many players brought extra cans of food to add for the Food Bank.  Additional merchandise donations  were from:
Wayne Forest, Dave Zucconi, Joel Woody (Crow Creek Tavern), John Green, and  our friends from Arkansas:  Don “Fish” Vansandt and Heath Whitley who gave in some sharp “brain-wave” candy discs and t-shirts. (Representing Tulsa, I gave them some elite “Glide-stamped” discs, towels, and “Champion Edition” T-Bird to take back to their Ice Bowl at Horseshoe Canyon on February 7-8.)

The final statistics from this event are:  60 players, 382 lbs. of food, $582.50 cash. The food and cash were greatly needed by our Food Bank and once again, our local disc golf club comes through for them in the winter. Thanks for your attendance, your good sportsmanship, and your kind thoughts. I continue to strive for improvement in this event, and I will be back as your T.D. at our 10th annual event: The 2005 Tulsa Ice Bowl.
